A great new cocktail - involving the ubiquitous summer concoction Pimm's plus a healthy splash of pomegranate juice - in this case Pomegreat. Just substitute your usual quantity of lemonade for the Pomegreat juice for a superb and refreshing summer drink. It is what I am drinking as I type and has a drier finish than the usual Lemonade spike version; on sultry evenings such as today this is superb. Its name? Pim Pom!
