Snooth Wine Search:

Two of the most passionate people in the wine trade, Ben and Emma of Bat and Bottle, are opening a shop/wine bar in the centre of Oakham.

This could be a great opportunity to become involved in the trade as the husband and wife team are after staff (full and part time).

"If you enjoy working with the public, take pleasure in food and wine and feel that you are hard working and highly motivated, please send us your CV with a covering letter including notice time that you may need to provide to your current employer. Pay will be subject to hours and responsibility."

I haven't been to one of their tastings for a while now but have always been impressed by the quality of the wines they bring back from their forays to Italy (Bat and Bottle are Italian specialists).
