The online end of the Booths supermarket chain, Everywine.co.uk, has launched an SMS text service. Not really sure how useful this is. You text the name of a bottle of wine to 07624 809166 and they respond with details of the price and stock availability.

Everywine is a unique concept I believe, in that no stock is held rather wines are brought to order from suppliers. Merchants pay Everywine for a listing of their products. The companies ultimate aim is to list all 36,000 wines available in the UK. But this text SMS thing.. useful or not?
