Autumn… no escape, it be here! G&T’s are so summer, so get with the season and try out a new cocktail – Gin and Ginger Squared. They have designed it for Christmas, nothing wrong with that but personally it is perfect for Autumn.

A wonderful alternative to traditional wintery Sloe Gin, Brockmans Gin served with ginger two ways – ginger ale and a slice of fresh ginger root – is a delicious way to give a classic Christmas ingredient a contemporary twist.

Brockmans features strong citrus, coriander and berry notes combined with a host of aromatic botanicals, which work beautifully with the complex, sharp flavour of ginger.

To make:
• Cut slim slices of fresh root ginger to create a fan
• Fill a highball glass with ice
• Pour over one measure of Brockmans Gin
• Add ginger ale
• Garnish with the fresh ginger fan and serve…
