Château Léoube Rosé de Léoube

By In Photographs, Wine Notes
It seems to have escaped my attention that the people behind Daylesford Organics farm in Gloucestershire are also those who have, since 1997, owned Château Léoube in Provence. Makes totally sense really when you see the entire estates wines available to buy from Daylesford.

Château Léoube is therefore an organic estate, producing a small range of wines including this delicate rosé.

“The Léoube estate spreads out over 4 kilometres of coastline and voers an entire 560 hectares in one of the most beautiful protected sites in Europe, on the shore of the Mediterreanean: the Bénat peninsula close to St. Tropez. Grapes grown on the estate include Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre and Cabernet Sauvignon, the Côtes de Provence appellations star varieties. All the hard work and care given to the production of this wine is managed by wine maker, Romain Ott.”
