offers about as wide a field as you could hope for in terms of both the food and the accompanying wine. Should you go a Sauvignon Blanc route to pick out the herbs? Or maybe you fancy a Loire red with a herb crusted leg of lamb? Maybe cream is involved, in which case an unoaked Chardonnay or a Pinot Blanc might fit the bill. The possibilities are many.
