Luxury Champagne house Dom Perignon has released a cookbook entitled 1998:The Collection. Thirty-five chefs have contributed recipes, Yukata Yahamoto has supplied the minimalist photographs and Stephane Hamain the woodcut-style illustrations of the chefs.
