Grape varieties used to make red wine contain melatonin, the ‘sleep hormone’ previously thought to be produced only by mammals; but what does this have to do with the World Cup? Have a tenuous link, we have plenty...

"Grapes are filled with melatonin, a useful sleep hormone, or at least researchers at the Institute of Plant Virology, in Milan, claim they are.
