Have you spotted one of the ‘Pineapple’ Phone Boxes around your way? Apparently over 1000 across the UK have been rebranded as part of the Malibu Pineapple launch. Check out instagram. Snapping one of these special boxes and posting to twitter or Instagram could win you a prize.

I wouldn’t have guessed that there were over a thousand phone boxes remaining.

Malibu Pineapple Cocktail Recipes

MP Perfect Serve
50ml Malibu Pineapple
Top with lemonade or orangeade
Pour Malibu over ice and top up with sparkling drink of your choice.

Malibu Pineapple Tropical Breeze (pictured)
60ml Malibu Pineapple
30ml Campari
large splash of grenadine
Stir all ingredients with ice and garnish with pineapple and Luxardo Maraschino Cherries. If the pineapple was tinned and came in proper juice, no harm in adding a big splash of that either.

Malibu Tropic Swizzle Splash
50ml Malibu Pineapple
2 lemon wedges
6 mint leaves
3 1 cm watermelon cubes
Soda water
Swizzle all the ingredients over crushed ice in a highball glass, top off with soda water. Garnish with watermelon and mint.

Malibu Sun Splash
50ml Malibu Pineapple
50ml fresh pineapple juice
50ml pink grapefruit juice
Stir all the ingredients with ice in a highball glass. Garnish with a twist of grapefruit and a pineapple wedge

Malibu Pineapple is available to buy now at the Malibu Rum Shop, ASDA & Waitrose and to be in Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Morrisons soon at around £14.85 per bottle. Malibu have also released a new pre-mixed can combining the coconut rum with strawberries and kiwi. £1.98.
