A little early perhaps to extol the virtues of yet another wine related blog; but all new start-ups need a little encouragement and support. Welcome then to Irish Wine Contemplations.
Must be the only Irish wine blog to come our way only a couple of posts so far with a quick taste test of three different steaks and two wines to accompany being the best. Looking forward to to a unique Irish take on wine and hopefully a little local Irish food too.
