I know one of the healthy compounds found in red wine, tea,nuts, and blueberries is resveratrol. This antioxidant apparently makes some organisms live longer (i.e. makes them age more slowly). Check out resveratrol.com. Pretty good resource to find out about resveratrol. Kate
