OK, so perhaps a full weeks tour on these little beauts might get a touch wearisome; but for a day (and you can get through several vineyards if you have the stamina) can I recommend these marvellous vintage bikes and sidecars.
You don't get to drive but sit in the sidecar. Immense fun; I don't think I stopped grinning the whole journey! and you turn heads aplenty. Just wave back... Mine was Lolita... saucy little minx...
Vintage Sidecars organised through Go Cape Tourism Services. More pictures of the bikes on flickr.

Wow! What an amazing experience to ride exposed to the air in a side car. Lolita looks to be a fine companion to make the journey, and might I add, impeccably clean. I never would have thought to do something like this before seeing it as a possible attraction.

Fun! How come you get to do all the fun stuff!?
Looks like countrylife is not so bad, now, is it? ;-)

What a great way to get around.
Awesome if you are the passenger! But it could get a little dodgy if you taste and ride :-)
