periage Biodynamic Prosecco One of the highlights of a forthcoming Prosecco tasting in London will be the unveiling of the first Biodynamic Prosecco.

Perlage Organic Wines will present their "Col di Manza" that they say represents "the deep essence of the Conegliano-Valdobbiadene territory, its delicate scent and its sparkling and lively taste."

Perlage is the first Organic Prosecco Company in Italy and the only one that participates in the local Prosecco Consortium. Perlage makes the wine from grapes that have been grown without the use of chemical fertilisers, pesticides, fungicides and herbicides, keeping a high and awarded quality of the final products.

No details of retail price or any stockists as yet.
