Wine Tasting Note: Clover Hill Sparkling, 2000, Tasmania, Australia.
Superb aroma all biscuits, bacon, butter and yeasty complexity. Mirrored on the palate too with a fine fizz. Rich, creamy, sherberty. Sourced from vineyards in the Pipers River region of northern Tasmania this is made from 53% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 12% Pinot Meunier.
